Mario Twins

January 28th, 2003

If you’ve never seen the Mario Twins Flash done to Group X’s song by the same name, then you are missing some funny stuff. This page is the official repository of all Mario Twins information.

The Video Game Humor Page

January 27th, 2003

The Video Game Humor Page is, in my opinion, one of the grossest misuses of the word ‘Humor’ that I’ve ever seen. In my experience, any time you have to tell me something is funny, generally you’re wrong.

If you decide to visit their site, be prepared to sit through several ‘Top X Reasons Y’ lists.

Mack Daddy Mario 3

January 22nd, 2003

The Video Game Director’s Cut lets you see what “might have happened” in some of your favorite video games. This one is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a while.

Resident… Eeevil

January 21st, 2003

Resident Evil almost single-handedly started the Survival Horrer genre in video games. It’s enoying renewed popularity with the remake of the first game, the prequel, and the pending re-release of Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3:Nemesis. This site has all the information that anyone would ever want to know about the series, and even some information that nobody should know.

Basscomm is ti-erd

January 19th, 2003

I just got back from Lanwar 17, one of the biggest LAN parties in the Mid-West. As usual, a good time was had by all. However, the bash left me nearly lifeless. Regular updates (should) resume tomorrow!

AsylumLAN puts on one of the best LAN Parties in the MidWest area, at least of the ones that I’ve been to.

Basscomm’s Collection

I like IGN’s user pages well enough, but I wanted to put up some things that it didn’t support, so I decided to make my own.

It’s not even nearly done yet, but I have a lot of games.

Assassins of AOL

Yes, it’s true, I was a part of the pioneer peer-to-peer video game experiment known as the XBAND. As with any network, there are always going to be some of these guys on it.

If it wasn’t so sad, it’d be funny… or is that the other way around?

Punch Out!!

January 10th, 2003

Punch Out!! and Super Punch Out!! are two of my favorite games, especially Super Punch Out!! (I like being able to KO someone in less than 10 seconds!). This site has an obscene information about the NES version of this classic series.

New Gameboy and New Stuff

January 9th, 2003

Although not as flamboyantly as they have done with the new GBA, Nintendo is releasing an accesory for the Game Cube that will allow you to play all current (and previous) Game Boy games on your Game Cube, similar to the Super Game Boy.

The possibilities that brings to the table are tantalizing. Several Game Boy Advance games support using one game pak to play up to 4 players. The Game Cube just happens to have 4 controller ports. 4-player Super Mario Kart or F-Zero with a split screen on my television? Yes sir, can I have some more?

Of course there’s also the logical connection with the broadband adapter. With Pok
